Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga Reportedly Both Returning to RHONJ Despite Epic Feud

Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, and the rest of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey's" current cast are expected to return to the show next month when filming begins.

The core cast of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' seems to be able to survive the feud between sister and brother (and sister in law). According to People, both Teresa Giudice as well as Melissa Gorga will return.

According to the outlet, both women, as well as the rest of Season 13's cast (Jennifer Aydin and Danielle Cabral), Rachel Fuda and Margaret Josephs, have received offers to return. According to Daily Mail, Jennifer Fessler has been asked back with Jackie Goldschneider as "friends".

At this point, the offers are only verbal as no contracts have been received. It remains to be determined how this will work after Teresa and Melissa each said at some point that they were done. The filming of Season 14 will begin next month, according to reports.

Bravo was able to benefit from the drama despite how nasty things got between Teresa, Melissa, their husbands Luis Ruelas, and Teresa's older brother Joe Gorga. According to People, the dramatic reunion finale broke a record with 3,000,000 viewers.

The two-pronged attack of "RHONJ", and "Vanderpump Rules," has firmly established Bravo's Real Housewives lineup as a cultural phenomenon, perhaps more so than since .

The latest season of "RHONJ", which aired in the fall, featured tensions between family members as they awaited Teresa's marriage to Luis. In the finale, Melissa and Joe decided not to attend the wedding after being repeatedly disrespected by Teresa for not asking Melissa to serve as a bridesmaid.

The situation reached a crescendo after Melissa discovered that Teresa and Luis had met Joe behind her back in order to inform him of rumors that Melissa cheated him. She denied the accusations and never forgiven the couple.

The family who fights together in reality TV generates huge ratings and can negotiate larger contracts. Bravo certainly has an incentive to continue this train (wreck). It's not as if this family hadn't been at each other's throats since years.

It was different this time around, similar to the cheating scandal that erupted on "Pump rules." The cast of "Pump Rules" has been plagued with infidelity for over a decade, but this latest scandal, the "Scandoval," caused more animosity among the cast members than ever before.

The "Pump rules" cast has reunited, and is currently filming Season 11, just as "RHONJ", which is about to happen, is doing. Raquel Levss remains an unknown after checking herself into a mental clinic after cheating on her bestie Ariana Madix by the former's longtime partner Tom Sandoval.

Even before the third part of "RHONJ"'s epic reunion, rumors began to circulate that the show would be taking a break in order to retool and recast. Andy Cohen has put to rest those rumors, stating that the show is always on pause, and given the contentious nature of the reunion, it was the right thing to do.

It looks like a recasting will not be needed. Fans can expect an unhealthy amount of drama whenever Teresa, Melissa Joe, and Luis share the screen.

There's still plenty of drama for the rest, but it's unlikely that anything will match the family strife which has become the dominant storyline in every season.
