Reality star, Kim Kardashian recently said that she was "nervous" about being a father to a girl.

Mike "The Situation", Lauren Sorrentino, and Lauren Sorrentino are the stars of "Jersey Shore Family Vacation". Lauren confirmed that they had just welcomed a girl to their family on Tuesday. People also heard from a rep for the couple. She weighed 5lbs, 15 oz.

Their newborn daughter was named Mia Bella Elizabeth Sorrentino by the two. Mia, 21 months old, joins her big brother Romeo.

TooFab spoke to Mike last week to find out how he feels about being a "girl father" before the baby's birth.

"I am a little nervous. He said that he is nervous about having another child. "I just want to be the best father I can be, and now I'm going to have two children, which I think is amazing." "I am living the best life I can, this is what I always wanted as an Italian man to have an Italian family, and I have it. You are, however, nervous.

He added, "I'm definitely very nervous."

"I don’t know why it’s so easy, but maybe it’s because it’s a girl. It was certainly easier for the boy. He continued, "But now I have a boy, one and one. The best of both the worlds." "All I can wish for and pray for are a happy, healthy baby boy. It's a baby boy, so I am nervous. Everyone tells me I'm going mellow and it's a completely different experience. I'm open to that.

The baby was born two days before the premiere of Season 6 on "Jersey Shore Family Vacation," and will return to MTV on Thursday night.
