Teana, TikTok's creator and @itstea____ shared how to make a "starburst", tinsel look using the wrap-around-the tree method.
Teana wraps a piece tinsel around a branch and then uses a pair scissors to cut off the ends. Then she fluffs the strands, and continues the process throughout the tree.
