"You're sick," Scheana tells him. Tom claims Ariana had "threatened f---ing to kill herself" after he broke things off, while previously unseen footage shows Tom avoiding hookup rumors with another costar.
Tom Sandoval admitted that Raquel Leviss wasn't the only woman he cheated with Ariana Madix, on Wednesday's "Vanderpump Rules" season finale.
The confession was made during an emotional encounter between Tom and Scheana, which ended a heartbreaking story that highlighted all the fallout of Sandoval's affair.
He apologized to Shay and then to Scheana for the way he treated her that night when everything became public. Scheana revealed in a confessional that Ariana learned about the affair and they all got on a call. Sandoval, she said, "acted as if our friendship had never existed, making comments like 'I'm neither one of your closest friends nor was I to you'."
What Ariana Madix said during the gut-wrenching Tom Sandoval confrontation on Vanderpump Rules final
He began to explain, telling Madix that he experienced a "spiritual rebirth" after turning 40. After deciding to end his relationship with Ariana, he said he felt a "spiritual rebirth".
"But you didn’t, you f---ed Ariana's best friend instead." Shay said, "The person I knew would not do this." She then told him that she had always thought he cheated Ariana by using the song "Miami Girl," which was a reference to Season 3 rumors. He said that Ariana has always been aware of the truth.
This was your first affair with Ariana, other than Miami Girl? She then asked. Shay was shocked when he replied, "There's another time."
"You're sick. "A random person?" She then asked. He initially said it was a random person, but then he changed his mind. "Well, no. "It's not right, I won't get into it," said he.
Shay was surprised when Sandoval said that things between Ariana and him had been "not good for a long time" (maybe 4-5 years). She wondered why Sandoval agreed to purchase a home with her. He said that it felt like "a Band-Aid" and that he did not know how to "end the relationship."
Shay told Sandoval that Ariana had "threatened f---ing to kill herself" before Sandoval said Ariana was "addicted to f---ing suicide."
Tom and Raquel say they 'love' each other in first on-camera talk since Vanderpump Rules finale affair
Scheana said that if Tom was concerned about her mental health, she could've flown her mother in and called all her friends over to "rally her around like we are doing right now." She said, "You literally tell me, 'I am leaving, I am not happy', and then we pick up all the pieces you left." You don't f--- up her friend!
She told him they could "obviously no longer be friends" because "she can't support any of your actions anymore." In tears, she added: "I am really going to miss you." You don't have any friends right now. "I don't know what else to add."
Lala Kent, earlier in the episode reiterated that she believed Tom could be hooking up Raquel before explaining why it wasn't his first time cheating Ariana.
He did it to [Kristen Doute], did it to Ariana. He got bored with Ariana and wants to be with this sloppy drinker. Do you think this is his first time creeping around? She said. "Nobody decides to cheat on a girl right away with her best friend," she said.
She said that she thought Tom had "hooked up with many people" before bringing to light rumors about Sandoval's former costar Billie Lee and their possible affair. Bravo pulled out previously unseen footage of the Season 7 reunion, where Doute directly asked Sandoval and Lee to confirm the gossip. Both denied it.
Next week, Bravo will air the "Vanderpump Rules Reunion" to continue the drama.
