Highlights with caramel or hints of toffee are incorporated into darker hair bases, giving it more dimension. This "touch of toffee look" is similar to the "buttery cups" trend for brunettes. It's soft, flattering and minimal. This look is great for brunettes, dark blondes, and people with straight or wavy hair.
