KPRC reported that Riccy Padilla Hernandez, 28 and Yures Molina, 34, were charged with endangering children.

Officers arrived at the scene and summoned the fire department. The child was examined by the firefighters. Her 7-year-old brother, who appeared to be her brother, led them to the home where four other children were found living in "deplorable circumstances."
Court documents show that the children ranged from 9 to 1 years old and were "covered with filth" as well as "infested by lice."
Shay Awosiyan, spokesperson for the Houston Police Department, said that officers discovered soiled diapers and flies flying around. They also found an unwashed baby bottles that had been left there for several days.
Children were denied food access. The documents stated that the one-year old, who had special needs, was kept in a crib with a dirty diaper and was so hungry that he was eating his own feces.
According to court documents, Padilla Hernandez's children include a 9-year old boy, an 8 year-old girl and a 1-year-old baby girl. Molina is the mother of a 2-year-old girl as well as two 7-year-old boys.
It is unclear what the relationship is between the two women, other than their living together.
Officers arrived at the scene to find that neither of the women had returned home. Padilla-Hernandez arrived as police were still present, saying she was out "doing her taxes." Molina, who is seven months pregnant, was summoned to the house.
Both women were charged with endangering children and were taken into custody. They have been released from jail and bonded on $15,000 each. They will be back in court in April.
All six children were taken into custody by Child Protective Services.
