Vicki Gunvalson shares her thoughts after Steve Lodge, her ex-fiancee, revealed that he is now engaged to another woman only three months after their separation.

The ex-"Real Housewives of Orange County” star made a statement to Us Weekly Monday. He had earlier confirmed his engagement to Janis Karlson that day.

Gunvalson stated that Gunvalson is a "famous whore" and is "all about staying relevant." She also said she is "not in a hurry to get married" right now. "I have been out with friends, but I don't want to do what he is doing. Marriage is sacred.

Celebuzz also received a long statement from the 59-year old reality star, in which she cast lots shade at Lodge, 63. "As everyone asks me for my comment about the fast 'engagement,' which was personally fed to him by his vain, self-obsessed and craving for the spotlight. Excessive admiration and attention... appears to have hit the wires."

"I don't know why this is news, as this person was in mine for nearly 6 years, but he wasn't a celebrity or known by anyone before he started dating me," she said. "Good news is that my future looks bright, and I am continuing to live a happy life."

Gunvalson continued to say that she isn't letting the news affect and that she is "living my best" at her Puerto Vallarta vacation home, explaining that she "enjoys every moment of it."

She said, "I'm not bitter or wallowing inside a corner and would never let this news affect my life." "I am strong, independent woman who has 2 homes and a successful Coto Insurance business. I will not allow this non-newsworthy information to affect me. I am grateful to not have to deal anymore with the narcissistic personality of this person.

Bravo alum said that she believes she will find a "honorable and successful man" who will be her "life partner." She said, "While I don't know if marriage is in my future, it is something that I plan to continue to surround myself by quality people who will look out for my best interests."

"Relationship research has shown that it takes at most 18 months to get to know someone. This is the 7th engagement of this person," Gunvalson stated, a final jab at Lodge.

She ended her statement by thanking her supporters for their "continued love and support." Gunvalson stated, "Everyone joins me in celebrating new beginnings this New Year. Let's whoop that up!"

Lodge spoke out to Us Weekly about his engagement and said that he couldn't wait to marry Carlson. He said that he is in love with Carlson and described him as a "beautiful, inside-and out" businessman.

Lodge stated that they have "incredible chemistry", are very compatible, have an emotional connection, and mutual respect each other. "We are equally yoked, and we look forward to happiness."

The former California gubernatorial candidate said that he proposed to his girlfriend on December 20th.

Three months after Gunvalson and Lodge announced their engagement, the proposal was made. Gunvalson announced the split via Instagram.

She wrote, "It took me a day before I was able to make an announcement after the media started writing about Steve." The rumors are true. Steve and I have decided to move on or continue our journey. We are ..... Moving on

Gunvalson said, "Neither one of us is wrong. We are just moving in different directions." "I wish him happiness and the best of all life, and he has done the same for me."

She said, "I gave it all, but sometimes the ALL' isn’t enough."

After nearly three years of being together, the former couple were engaged in April 2019. She was previously married from 1982 to 1991 to Michael J. Wolfsmith. They had two children, Michael Wolfsmith (now Briana Culberson). In 1994, she married Donn Gunvalson and co-founded Coto Insurance and Financial Services. They divorced in 2014.

Lodge will soon marry Carlson, his fourth marriage.
