The suspect, according to the prosecution, "deliberately plowed" through the New Jersey police station. He "appeared" to be "celebrating" when he stopped inside the squadroom.

Last month, a New Jersey man "deliberately crashed" his SUV into a police station. According to authorities, he did this on purpose.

According a statement by Warren County Prosecutor James Pfeiffer on September 20, John G. Hargreaves, 34 years old, was easily arrested after he "intentionally driven his vehicle" past the Independence Township Police Department.

Prosecutors said that his vehicle had "reached a final resting place in the squad room" before he left the vehicle. He "appeared to celebrate as he was arrested by officers at the scene while Guns N' Roses' Welcome to the Jungle' blared on the car stereo", they added.

The video shows Hargreaves driving through the wall of the squad room, which was at the time empty. Debris is thrown all over the place. He jumps from the driver's side, pointing his index fingers in the air as if he were celebrating a touchdown, before two police officers enter the room to arrest him.

No injuries were reported.

He was charged for the stunt at the police station with terrorism, causing extensive injury or damage, aggravated assasination, burglary and possession of an illegal weapon.

Prosecutors said that the station was not the only building he hit on this evening.

Hargreaves, too, is accused of "deliberately crashing" his Toyota into the garage of someone he "knew" in an attempt, according to Pfeiffer, "to scare or harass a homeowner." He then drove to the police.

He faces charges for the first accident, including burglary, criminal damage, possession of an illegal weapon and harassment.
