Why Ashton Kutcher Is Apologizing to Harry Styles

Why Ashton Kutcher Is Apologizing to Harry Styles

"I was like, "Oh my God, now I feel like an idiot!"

Although it's difficult to believe that anyone hasn't heard Harry Styles' name, Ashton Kutcher was once one of these people.

The actor recalls a funny story about the time Styles performed a "bananas” karaoke routine at a karaoke party hosted by Mila Kunis, Esquire's latest video series.

Kutcher said that Styles was not his real name at the time and mistakenly thought he was a karaoke singer.

Kutcher, 44 years old, shared his favorite karaoke songs and said that there was an "extraordinarily well-known singer that is perhaps the best singer of today". "And she stands up and does this like out-of-the-world bananas [performance], and it's just so unfair."

"Then another kid comes up and he sings this ABBA song... I'm like, 'Oh my god. He continued, "It's bananas." Mila and me go up to this kid. We are like, "Man, I got something to tell you, you're an ringer." You are like a karaoke singer. You are truly good. He says, "Thanks, man. That is a great compliment.

"So we went to our friend and said, "God, that guy was really great, huh?" Kutcher said that he was like, "It's Harry Styles." "And I was like, ‘Who’s that? Mila says, "It's the boy from the boy band." He is a professional singer.

Styles, 29 years old, was jokingly called a karaoke performer by the "That's 70s Show".

"I was like, "Oh my God, now I feel like an idiot!" Kutcher said. He is a professional singer. We're trying tell him that he's a great singer."

Styles was then reprimanded by "The Ranch", the actor. He said, "So, I just really want you to know, Harry Styles, but I'm really good at karaoke,". "Seriously, is good."

Kutcher also touched on many topics in the "Explain This” video. Kutcher even mentioned the one person he wished he could have "punk" with on the hidden camera reality show, which originally ran from 2003 to 2007.

He said, "I wanted to punch George W. Bush. He was president when we created 'Punk’d." "I thought I had two Secret Service agents who would help me with that, but it turned out they are more loyal to Ashton Kutcher than I was."

Kutcher also shared his thoughts about whether he would be interested in joining Marvel Cinematic Universe one day.

"Yeah. I would play a bad man. He said that he thought it would be more fun to portray the Joker, a legendary DC Comics villain (not Marvel). "I think it would have been fun to play that Joaquin Phoenix Joker version. That's too dark for me. It was emotionally draining. It was a little too emotionally charged for me to watch. "I don't need any more stress!"

"I want a Joker that's fun, but also slightly menacing."
