Sarah Brady, who is the wife of Olivia Millar and Hill, said that although her timing may seem "bad", she has good intentions.

Brady made headlines this weekend after posting Instagram Stories where she called her ex-boyfriend a "misogynist" narcissist and accused him being controlling in their relationship. She shared a number their alleged texts on social media. One of them included Hill's list of qualities he was looking for in a relationship, saying that he could not be with anyone who "surfed with men" and posted pictures "of yourself in bathing suits."

Brady, who started dating Hill in 2021, split up last year. She has shared more accusations over the past few days, and responded to those who questioned why she took so long to come forward. She explained on Sunday that she did not want to share her messages with Hill's fiancee Olivia Millar while she was pregnant. In May, the couple welcomed their first child together.

Brady said in a recorded voice message that she didn't think it was a good idea to show her the video while she's pregnant, because she didn't know how much stress this would put on her.

Brady added, "I hope that she receives some of these screenshots through friends. Friends that I have met through him who I know to be good people and would do their best to protect her." "I waited till she had her child so that I could know they would not be physically affected by my sharing this s---. She could then make an informed choice about how she wanted to care for her and her baby which she has created and birthed." Brady continued.

Later, she clarified that "her intention was not to cancel" him. She said, "I am not trying to cancel anyone."

Brady wrote in additional texts that she shared with her friends and on Instagram that the two were "in couples therapy, negotiating a checklist of things I basically said I needed to have freedom to do to stay in the relationships." She also said that she "asked him to write a list too" but that his list consisted of "five rules, not anything he needs the freedom to be able to do himself in his own life... It was a set of expectations/rules that I had."

She claimed that he kept blaming our breakup on us being at different stages in life, but that was a load of ---,". He kept me as a close confidant even after the breakup. Sexting me in July 2022. Visiting me in my apartment at my hometown early August 2022. And then waiting until a week after my move to Hawaii to send me a message saying btw, I'm in another relationship.

She posted later that "it may appear as if I'm sharing a lot," but added "you have no idea just how much more I choose not to share for his sake and the sake of his family."

Brady added, "If I had one wish for him, it would be to surround him with feminist men who could hold him accountable in order to grow the way he expressed that he wanted to." "I believe fame can place people in an echo chamber where they can be emotionally abusive."

Brady admitted that posting their private messages is "not a very nice or appropriate act." Brady defended herself, saying that "However, this time, I felt the benefits of sharing our text messages outweighed the possible consequences."

She concluded that any woman who had dated her before would have been grateful for a warning.

Hill hasn't responded to Brady's allegations.
