Scott reveals that he has gained "a lot" of weight, before revealing his sexual issues. Khloe claims he is "degrading before our very eyes."

Scott Disick appeared on the most recent episode of The Kardashians. His appearance caught Khloe Kardashian off guard.

Khloe dropped by at the top of the hours to gossip about their lives. Disick commented first on his health, while Kardashian was exploring his refrigerator.

"I have gained a lot more weight because of my back." He explained that the condition has gotten worse since the accident in 2022, when he flipped his Lamborghini. According to TMZ, at the time speed was a factor.

Scott admitted that he had not actually seen a doctor for his issues, and that he only sought help from a spiritualist. The latter recommended that Scott take mushrooms. Khloe suggested that he begin physical therapy, and use an E-stim device, before she recommended her own therapist.

"I think Scott needs some motivation because this is the least healthy I have seen him." She said, "He's barely moving and it's from his back" in a confessional before accompanying him to the therapist to go over his MRI. "I believe Scott should realize that these problems are fixable. "You can't let this get you down," added she.

Scott told the doctor that "after the accident, everything has changed in my personal life."

He said that he was unable to move around and gained weight, before calling his suggestion of shrooms "insanity." He said that his injury had also affected his sexual life. Because he was "unable to move," he is "terrible" when he gets into the sack. He joked, "No movement for me, that is pretty damn hot," before saying, "Get back to the wagon, f--k!"

The MRI gave both good and bad news. You are on the cusp of needing surgery. You can still save your eye without surgery. You need to lock in. The therapist said, "You have a small window, but you're closing in on it." Disick replied that he didn't want open back surgery.

Khloe told him not to "be a p---y", when it came to using the E-stim device. She added, "You're actually deteriorating in front of our eyes and I won't let that happen," as the physical therapist began to work.

Disick added that he felt "good" after the appointment and said it was better to visit the therapist than be "abused" by Khloe. He joked that if he went to therapy, recovered and was ready for his 40th, "something" (as in sexual) could happen between Khloe and him. Her response: "You may have bumped your own head."

Disick, while Khloe was not down, does seem to be getting back into the dating scene in a preview of next week. Both Kris Jenner, and Khloe played matchmaker for Kourtney’s ex.

The Kardashians' new episodes will be available on Hulu this Thursday.
