Will Smith lost himself in his stretching and let one go while working out for the Miami Dolphins.

This week, the actor uploaded the embarrassing video to Instagram. He captioned the post with the hilarious caption, "They said that I should relax all my muscles."

He can be seen stretching his arm and arching his back in the footage. He wrote, "Training with Miami Dolphins was great until that morning coffee snuck into me," over the footage.

He let out a snort and then exclaimed, "Oh, sorry! Excuse me! It's possible that he had let out more than he expected. He then asked: "You guys have showers here?" Before he resumed his workout.

Smith's stories of passing gas are quite legendary. In 2019, Smith revealed that he can live for three days without having to pee -- his son Jaden Smith exclaiming "That is not good!" It's why you smell like that.

Barry Sonnenfeld, the director of "Men in Black", also spoke out about Smith's breaking of wind during an oral history on the making and production of the sci-fi film.

He said, "Will has really horrible farts," before telling a story about how Smith and Tommy Lee Jones were trapped together in an upside-down car.

"We heard Will say, "Oh, Jesus!" Tommy, I'm so sorry. Get us out of this mess, guys! Get us out! We panicked and tried to turn it around. Tommy said, "No, Will, it is okay." Will replied, "No it's no!" "Get us out!" Sonnenfeld claimed.

"He had done so much in this enclosed space. Tommy is a manly guy. He is a manly man. He played it cool. "But man, Tommy was outta here as soon as we opened the box up," the director said. They loved one another."
