Raegan Revord reveals why filming the new episode of "Young Sheldon” was so difficult.

The actress, 15, took to Instagram to share her story about her mom and the car accident that left lasting effects on her mental health.

Revord stated in her caption, "Tonight's episode proved to be incredibly difficult for me to film personally." "On our way to work, my mom and me were t-boned in the car by a drunk driver."

She said, "The irony is that I'm basically in a car for the entire episode, but you've gotta get back to the saddle,'"

The "I See You" star stated that she experienced panic attacks and post-traumatic stress for several weeks before she was able overcome them with the help of her cast and crew.

Revord said, "I suffered from panic attacks and PTSD for several weeks following the accident. The only way I was able get through it was because the most loving and supportive cast and crew helped me." They checked in with me throughout the process and never made it feel like finishing filming was a priority. Instead, they made sure that my well-being was their top priority.

Although the accident was devastating, the young actress still enjoyed filming the episode. After she had read the script, she discovered that she would be filming alongside Mckenna Grace, her co-star and friend.

Raegan said, "When I first read the script, I was so excited to film it. And I was even more excited to film with my friend (who also helped me through some tough times- love Kenny)."

Grace, 16 years old, ran to the comments in support of Revord. She wrote, "Seeing how much your show cared about you as an actor and a person was really really special. I am proud of you for enduring this." "Love you Thelma !!!"and Louise
