What Happened to Sinbad?

For those who grew up in the ‘90s, when they hear the name Sinbad, they don’t think of the sailor — they think of the actor/comedian. Sinbad first came to prominence in the ‘80s, and his career would only grow into the following decade. Landing his first HBO comedy special rocketed him even further, and he’d go on to record many more stand-up specials. Not only that, but he appeared in movies like “Good Burger,” “Jingle All the Way,” and TV programs including his own series. Indeed, the comedian/actor appeared unstoppable, but then the 2000s arrived, and he seemed to lose momentum. With that said, whatever happened to Sinbad?
