In a brand new TikTok clip, the Shark Tank star gives an exclusive glimpse of her mobile house, which she "spent a million dollars" to build.

Barbara Corcoran, of shark tank, just showed an exclusive look at the mobile home she built in California. She invested one million dollars, according to Barbara.

Caleb Simpson of TikTok, who is well-known for his tours of nice homes, including Corcoran’s $15 million penthouse, visited the star in her California home.

Who would have thought Barbara Corcoran could have her very own trailer? Simpson was asked this question at the beginning of his tour.

She corrected him before bringing her son into the house.

She continued, "Here is my Taj Mahal." "Everything's little."

Corcoran, when asked how much she invested in this house, replied that she bought it for $800,000. She has since added $150,000.

She revealed, "You're living in a home worth a million dollars."

Corcoran then showed him her kitchen where she pointed out that the blue tile is a "leftover tile" from New York.

She also showed love for her retro-light blue refrigerator.

She said "Look at how little there is", revealing its contents. It only contains wine."

Simpson continued to say that he preferred the house over her NYC penthouse. Corcoran also agreed.

"So do I!" She replied.

She showed him both the bedroom and bathroom. She noted that she had "fully-forced" the shower. Simpson's signature move in these videos is to dive onto the bed. Corcoran allowed Simpson to do this in the main bedroom.

Corcoran shared how she acquired the property. She noted that the breathtaking ocean view made her fall in adore with it.

She said, "I looked at this trailer park and this one was the best for the view." "I knocked at her door, and she said that, 'I'm not going to sell, but I will in a year.' I replied, 'No. I want it right now.'

"I asked, 'But would you use it for the rest of your life if you could?'" continued Corcoran. She said, "Yeah! That'll be great!" and sold it to me!
