Another breakup in Bachelor Nation!

Three months later, star Katie Thurston has announced that she and Blake Moynes, the winner of "The Bachelorette", have ended their engagement.

Both shared the same statement on their respective Instagram pages Monday along with photos from the After the Final Rose special.

"It was with mutual love, respect, that we decided to separate. We are grateful for the times we shared and the whole journey this year. However, we have come to the conclusion that we are not compatible life partners and that it is best for us to make our own decisions.

"We ask for privacy and kindness as we navigate this transition. The statement concluded that both of us will always want the best for each other and asked you to support our decision.

They had previously shared their difficulties trying to see one another after the finale. Moynes is currently living in Canada, while Thurston has recently moved to San Diego. Thurston said that the couple only shared a few days more together before he returned home.

Thurston also addressed split-rumors last week.

Blake and you don't like each other's posts. Is it all okay? A fan asked her. She replied "lol yes" and then tweeted, "Imagine that your fiance has been working his arse for weeks in Kenya, and yet this is what some people notice."

She also shared with Us Weekly, Friday 22 October, that they were still "figuring it all out" regarding their long-distance relationship. "We don’t know. This is still a new concept to us. He's focusing on me, I'm focusing only on myself. If we do that, it's great.

It seems that it didn't work in the end.
