"I am not here to support a 19-year old's social life."
Brandi Glanville's son Mason, who was signed a modeling contract with Eddie Cibrian last year, doesn't mean that she is free to pay "for everything" for the 19-year old.
The college sophomore signed a contract with DT Model Management in October after Glanville reportedly approached the agency and sent photos of her son.
Glanville says she is happy that he has started posting some of his modeling photos to Instagram. She also shares Mason with Cibrian, her 15-year-old son Jake.
He's making his money. She told TooFab that he still hasn't contributed while promoting "The Traitor", her new Peacock reality show.
"I don’t expect him to make a contribution to the household. She explained that she is not available to support a 19-year old's social life.
"Of course, I'll still have to pay rent, food, and cell phone bills. Glanville said that he still pays for everything. Glanville said, "But there is a point when having a good work ethic can be important. Since I was twelve years old, I have had jobs and I've worked all my life. I wanted to pass that knowledge on to my children.
Glanville is one of the reality TV stars who competes against other "civilians" (or "normal" people) in "The Traitors" for a cash prize.
She said that her being a reality TV star was actually against her, because many people assumed she didn't need the money.
"Like, You guys are rich. Why are you here?" She explained that she thinks that is a very big misconception. They believe that just because you are on TV, you automatically become rich. It's possible to be famous and not be rich. It happens all the time. They don't always go together.
"I can speak at most about myself, I know [Arie Liyendyk Jr.] and Kate Chastain... none are sitting back on their private jets. This is not the case. She continued, "We're not the Kardashians." "We are trying to make ends meets just like everyone else. He's a father of three, I'm single mother.
Luyendyk said, "It's still quite a lot of money." "A quarter million dollars is still a lot to me!"
The latest reality show for Glanville is "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," and "Celebrity Big Brother". Fans, including Kyle Richards, have expressed their desire to see her return on RHOBH. However, Glanville is keeping that secret for now.
When asked about her future on reality TV, she replied, "Mine's not ending."
Peacock will have all 10 episodes of "The Traitors," starting January 12, 2012.
