Too 'Ambitious for Her Own Good'

According to the Globe report, Fisher wasn't happy with Underwood's ambition. A source said that Underwood was confusing the concept of downtime with Carrie. Fisher had little time to spare because she was busy with radio shows and albums. Unnamed sources said that Fisher's intimacy was suffering because her mind is constantly wandering. He's getting fed up."

Gossip Cop was clearly outraged by this story. Fisher was already very busy when Underwood met her, so it was reasonable to expect that she would keep up the same schedule. He has always supported her career.

It was up to imagination how Fisher managed to eat her 10-year-old schedule and then take a break in year 11. We were able to debunk the story because it relied only on "sources" without any actual evidence.

What happened to them?

Surprisingly, no. Fisher and Underwood are still together, and they celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary in this year. While she's busy touring and promoting her Christmas album, Fisher is still married. Fisher and Underwood wrote in twin social media posts: "Here's a to many more!"

Underwood posted a TikTok pointing out Fisher recently. She performed a duet with Jason Aldean called "If I Didn’t Love You". She pointed out all the dirty clothes, taxidermied animals and hats around the house. This is proof that she loves him.

Bogus Stories Abound

The tabloid also attacked Fisher and Underwood's parenting skills. They were arguing over raising their sons. The story was also without any evidence to support its 1950s premise. Fisher and Underwood are doing well, but this outlet has no insight into their lives.

This is another tired trope. The Globe frequently promises to end up because one party is too busy. Reba McEntire, Rex Linn and Joanna Gaines were all allegedly fighting for the same cause. These stories are lame attempts at punishing women for their success.
