Casey Anthony will answer for the behavior of her daughter Caylee during those 31 days back in 2008, and explain why she behaved like nothing was wrong.

Caylee disappeared in 2008 after her grandparents reported her missing. They hadn't seen her in over a month. Her story continued to change, and Casey was eventually charged with first-degree child murder.

Anthony was found innocent of murder in 2011 after a well-publicized trial. Anthony was also found not guilty of murder on charges of child abuse and child aggravated. However, she was found guilty of two counts for lying to police.

The court was shown photographs of Anthony at bars during Caylee's missing month. This was done by the prosecution to show her questionable behavior prior to the discovery of the girl's body. She shares her story in the new documentary "Casey Anthony - Where the Truth Lies."

Anthony says she went to bed one night with Caylee and woke up to George shaking her. He then asked where Caylee went. They went outside to find her daughter "soaking wet, heavy, and cold." Casey stated that her father left Caylee's house, but she kept reminding her that the girl was okay.

Anthony stated that she was dating Tony Lazzaro at the time. She said that she stayed with Tony and his roommates for about three weeks after her father took Caylee home. I tried to be normal around him and his roommates. She said that this was part of my dad's main directive.

She claimed that she was not partying in any of the pictures taken at a bar during the time Caylee was MIA. I don't have drinks in my hand. I was actually there working. I was there to help Tony promote."

"During the 31 days I believed Caylee was still breathing. I kept hearing from my father that she was fine. I had to follow his orders. There were no threats. I knew I had to follow his instructions." Casey said. She also claimed that her father sexually assaulted her in the doc and during her trial. George had previously denied the abuse allegations. However, she claims that her alleged past was part of why she felt pressured not to speak out.

Casey claims that she talked with her father "daily" to ask him questions about her daughter, such as when she would be able to see her.

"He would tell her she was fine. Just keep doing what I'm telling. Soon you guys will be together again. She continued, "He wouldn't tell me anything." I would ask her where she was, and he would confirm that she was safe. If you are physically afraid of another person and you are taught to do and say what they want, even as an adult you will inevitably revert back to that behavior.

She stated that she believed her father had taken the child at the time and that she wasn’t dead. This belief was reinforced even while she was in prison, just before Caylee’s body was discovered.

"Trauma and abuse are never easy because you're trying to survive. She said that she believed she was fine, up until December 2008, when Caylee was found with her skull. She broke down and said, "I thought there were still a chance... She should have known."

One of Lazarro’s roommates claimed that Anthony behaved completely normal during the disappearance of Caylee. Another added, "She did absolutely no in the search to find her child and that she will never forgive."

Annie Downing Goderwis a former friend of Casey claimed that many of the photos in the trial and in press were taken from "half-a dozen different nights" over a three-year period.

"Her 21st birthday was captured in a photo of her with her head in a toilet. It seemed like she just wanted to kill her child and party. Annie added that this is not Casey I knew. She wasn't the life and soul of the party. She was your average mom. She loved that child.

Annie believes Caylee was killed in an accident. Casey then lied about it to cover up the fact. Annie said, "When Casey was my friend, she lied everything."
