Dakota Johnson finds Don Johnson's and Melanie Griffiths' social media habits a little embarrassing.

Dakota talked about her dad's love for Instagram and especially photos from her childhood during a appearance on "The Late Late Show With James Corden".

Corden asked Dakota what she thought about throwbacks. She said that she didn't like them. But she also admitted she doesn't like social media. "Oh, you were so ugly --or you were so cute when you had braces, a slicked-back ponytail, or both."

"I feel like a 12-year old and I'm like, Mom, that's impossible. The "How to be Single!" actress admitted that they have had this conversation many times. "She doesn't care."

Dakota also shared a story about a time when she was embarrassed by her mother as a child. It involved Jonathan Taylor Thomas, her childhood crush.

She said, "My mom is an amazing woman but she embarrasses my in front of many people." "I saw him at the airport, and I was like, "Oh my God, Mom" -- I believe I was eight -- "Oh my God, Mom, it is him, it's truly him." I thought, "We're going to be married." We will be together forever... We are the same. We love one another.

Dakota, much to her dismay, revealed that her mother called her over while she ran frantically behind an airport planter in order to escape her celebrity crush.

Dakota confessed that she was "distalled" at the airport, and added that she had tried to "be invisible."

She chuckled, "It was obvious. I was very visible." "I couldn’t hide behind it...it wasn’t like a tree."
