Drake pondered, "Maybe I am still high or maybe I am in a coma."

Drakeis reminiscing about his life, and how "surreal it can feel at times." He also shares the story of the time he got high just before auditioning for Degrassi The Next Generation. This Canadian TV show launched his career .

The rapper used Instagram to post a voice note that included his current thoughts, such as the notion that he was "still high" and in "some kind of coma."

The 36-year old shared that "someone asked me last night what my greatest fear was, and I have never really had a great answer to it. But my answer is that everything is for nothing."

This question sent him into a "spiral" of thoughts as he reflected on how "surrealistically" his life can feel at times.

Drake continued, "I remember this day from when I was 13 or 14. "I went to this child's home before I had my TV audition that shaped my entire life. Out of, I suppose, a desire for acceptance, I gave in to peer pressure and got high with these children right before my interview.

"I wonder, for example, if I was high or if I am in a coma. "This is me living my dream life," he said.

"Yeah, I've been thinking about that idea for many years. It feels real, tangible. "But I do wonder sometimes."

Drake's universe may be our world, and we are just living there!
