John Schneider was married to Alicia Allain in 2019.

John Schneider, the star of "Dukes of Hazzard", has announced that Alicia Allain is his wife.

Late Wednesday night, the actor posted a Facebook post saying, "My beautiful smile is pain-free, living in her new body alongside Jesus."

Schneider used to refer to his wife "My Smile"

"Please respect our privacy in this time of sorrow. His message stated that he would not answer any questions. Please send us any photos of us together and our apparent love and affection for one another. Finally, hug your loved ones and let them know how much you care. We always did."

He shared a powerful, emotional tribute to his wife via Facebook on Thursday morning

He shared a photo of Alicia earlier this week to Twitter and wrote: "My center. My everything. My Smile

The cause of death for the 53-year old has not yet been announced. Multiple reports claim that Alicia was diagnosed in 2019 with cancer.

According to her obituary, "Alicia died at home surrounded her family on Tuesday, February 21st, 2023 at the age 53."

"Alicia was a proud mother and a smile to her husband. Since the 90's, filmmaker and music producer. John R. Schneider was her husband. Alicia is survived her daughter Jessica Ann Dollard (Daniel Turner), who she called 'My Smile'. Alicia was predeceased by her grandparents, Ferd Sr., Ruby Allain and Joe Marino.

In 2019, she and Schneider got married.

Schneider was Bo Duke for seven seasons on "Dukes of Hazzard" (1979-1985) and has been a musician since 1981.
