"[Travis] has blood on him," one of Danish Baig’s brothers said. "Everybody associated to the Astroworld is responsible."

According to his family, Danish Baig, 27, died trying to protect his fiancée during the Astroworld Festival tragedy.

Multiple outlets reported that the brothers of Danish Baig, Basil and Ammar, mourned the loss of their sibling. He was at the Travis Scott festival on Friday night with Olivia Swingle, his fiancee.

Officials claim that the incident at NRG Park, Houston, Texas, occurred after Travis started performing at 9 pm. According to reports, panic set in as people at the front began to be crushed. Security personnel were overwhelmed and the situation escalated. According to TMZ, 8 people were killed, the youngest being a 14 year-old boy.

Basil, 25, was at the concert along with Danish and his fiancée. Ammar, 29 also described the horrific incident that claimed the lives of their brother and how he saved Olivia, 25.

Basil said via telephone that Danish's funeral was a "here and gone" moment. "My sister in law fell; he was trying save my sister-inlaw, and then they were gone. The crowd was pushing, shoving and hitting each other, doing horrible things."

Basil, who was separated from his brother, and fiancee, emotional added that he wasn't able find them. I searched everywhere. They weren't there.

PEOPLE interviewer Ammar stated that Danish managed to transport the ambulance to Olivia's rescue. He said, "Somehow the ambulance managed to reach her, and then they tried to resuscitate him by getting to my brother." They said that he was unable to make it to the hospital before they arrived.

Danish and other victims are still being investigated as to the causes of their deaths. The Baig family spoke to Dallas' WFAA to say that Danish died from being trampled while trying to save Olivia.

He died to save his fiancee. Basil stated that he died to save the love of his life.

According to reports, the mass casualty incident that occurred Friday night left at most eight people dead, 25 injured and more than 300 others hospitalized.

Basil said to LA Times that Olivia was taken to the hospital by her mother on Friday night. Basil claims that Olivia was bruised on her body and face when she went to Danish's funeral Sunday. He said that Olivia still had blood in her eyes.

WFAA was told by the Baig family that Olivia should have stayed at Houston Hospital. However, Olivia left to attend her late husband's funeral.

Danish was born in Karachi (Pakistan) and moved to Texas as an infant. He worked as an AT&T District Manager. After months of planning, Danish and Olivia, both AT&T employees, made the trip to Houston via Dallas.

Basil and Ammar talked about their brother's character and love for his family, as well his affection for his fiancee, who was his childhood sweetheart.

"He would take care of his fiancee. He would get her what she wants. Ammar explained to PEOPLE that they would always have goals and plans. He just began his life."

Basil told the LA Times that he was an "amazing soul" and was a devout Muslim. His smile would brighten up any room. He was the most generous person in the room.

Basil and Ammar also stated that they want "justice" for their brother and for Travis and the event organizers to be held responsible for the deaths of the other victims.

"My brother was lying on the ground. They were shouting to stop the events. Basil said that nobody stopped the event." Basil explained to WFAA. "We must stay united and raise awareness about this because it isn't how we handle things. You don't go to concerts to die."

Ammar told PEOPLE that "What happened to my brother was not right" and that it was unjust.

"How could someone allow a concert of 50,000 people with all the other happenings in the world?" Ammar said that the rapper already had a poor track record in his concerts. He was referring to the controversy surrounding Travis' Arkansas concert in 2017. In which he allegedly caused a riot and encouraged people to rush to the stage. In February 2018, the rapper pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.

Basil spoke to the LA Times and said that his family will file a lawsuit against Travis. The outlet noted that Travis is responsible for "encouraging the chaos" and not stopping it.

Travis Scott, who claims that he didn't know how serious the crowd was getting during his performance perTMZ, spoke out after the incident and shared that he was "absolutely distraught" in a statement to his social media.

He said, "My prayers go out for the families and all those who were affected by this tragedy." He stated that he was working with Houston PD and "committed" to helping the Houston community heal and support those in need.

Travis took to Instagram Stories to say that he was "working right now" to identify families and help them through this difficult time. He added that his fans mean the world to him and that he wants to give them a positive experience.

"Anytime I can see anything, I'd stop the program and help them get what they need. Travis explained. Travis explained, "I couldn't imagine the severity of this situation."

According to TMZ, Kylie Jenner was there and was pregnant with Travis' baby. In her Instagram Stories, she shared footage from the event including footage of an ambulance trying its best to navigate through the crowd. She spoke out about her experience on Saturday night.

She wrote, "Travis and me are broken and devastated." "My thoughts are with all those who lost their lives or were affected by yesterday's events."

She expressed sympathy for Travis, saying that he is deeply concerned about Houstonians and his fans. Kylie claimed, echoing what TMZ reported, that Travis and she were unaware of any fatalities until after the show ended.

She wrote, "In no universe would [we] continue filming or performing," She ended her statement by offering condolences to the families affected and praying for them.
