The Awkward actress and Kelsey Grammer's daughter revealed her earnings in a TikTok clip.

Greer Grammer opens up about residual checks she received, which are less than one dollar each. Actors speak out to support the Hollywood Strike.

Greer, the daughter of Kelsey Grammer, and best known as the star of MTV's awkward, took to TikTok in order to reveal some residual checks.

She began by saying, "Let's start some streaming residuals." "I just received these bad boys today. Since there has been so much discussion about streaming residuals, with the SAG Strike going on, I thought I would do a live opening of what my actual are right now."

The actress pulled out one of the envelopes she had.

" Awkward," 'Are you there God? It's me, Jenna. Total gross: .80 cents," Grammer revealed. "Oh, that's exactly what the [paystub] shows but the actual check is for.50cents," Grammer revealed.

She also talked about the importance of residuals for actors as she opened the check.

Grammer said, "It is the closest we can get to stability in our job." "Residuals can be used to qualify us for health insurance.

"Be an actor', they said. "You'll earn money," they said. joked Greer. "Actually let's face it, no one said that. "It's called starving artist for a good reason."

She captioned the TikTok with "These are better than most, usually they cost 0.01"

"Some years can be more profitable than others. For example, I completed a TV show and did several movies in 2015, which was a great year for me," said the actress.

"And there have been years when I've only booked one or two movies and my residuals help me to, like, continue living my life so that, I can audition and still make acting my main job."
