Jillian Michl0_ is a reality TV star if you are even remotely interested in exercise or reality television in the 2000s. The fitness star made appearances on Sweat, Inc., and her Biggest Loser spinoff, Losing it With Jillian.

Michaels also had a line of exercise DVDs that were sold in millions. She was synonymous with effective training and healthy living for many years.

Mal Lynne, an exercise psychologist, says that this is far from the truth. TikTok was her platform to voice her support for Michaels being canceled.

"Her entire brand was abused"

@thejockscientist, self-proclaimed "anti-Jillian" Michaels, shared her case in three videos. The first video outlines Michaels' life. Lynne also includes clips of Michaels in The Biggest Loser where she verbally attacks the contestants.

Michaels spoke candidly about Lizzo, a singer and body-positive icon. "Why aren't we celebrating her body?" If she develops diabetes, it isn't going to be amazing.

Even more difficult to watch are the Biggest Loser clips. Michaels said to one contestant that the only way you can get off the treadmill is if you are a death on it.

Another contestant injured her hip while working with Michaels. Michaels advised the contestant not to go home to fix her injury but to focus on her weight loss.

Lynne asked, "Are your senses pointing to a theme?" Her entire brand was abused. Screaming, screaming, manipulating, and using exercise as punishment. You name it, Jillian Michaels did it."

"She's an embarrassment to fitness"

Lynne then cites Michaels' spinoff show, Lost It With Jillian. Michaels was able to work with clients at their home on this show.

An intimate look at the lives of clients revealed that many of their health problems were caused by mental illness and systemic racism. Michaels tried to fix the clients' problems by physical training.

Lynne says, "This is what we call maladaptivecoping mechanisms." This is how people become obsessed with exercise. This creepy ghoul pretends to be a dietitian, therapist, or doctor. Jillian, you have such a stupidity! Shame on your.

"She Should Be F-king Ashamed"

Michaels adopted a Haitian daughter. Lynne, in her last video, argues that Michaels' child is at high risk of suffering the same abuse as her clients.

Lynne quotes directly from Michaels. In this interview, she explains to her daughter Lukensia how she convinced her to eat healthy. She also told her daughter that Katy Perry was her favorite singer and she loved kale, but hated pizza.

Lynne says, "Speaking of Lukensia, then nine years old," Lynne states, "Michaels" declares that "I know she will struggle with food." It is something I am certain of.

It is certain that Michaels' daughter has issues with food. This will not be surprising considering her unhealthy relationship with exercise, diet, and dieting.

Lynne states, "I'm sure you won't be surprised to hear that Jillian was once fat." Jill, it seems like self-loathing paid off.

"This woman is not only a danger outside but also inside her home. She should be ashamed."
