According to OK!, Affleck has hit a speed bump. Lopez's extreme workouts aren't possible for the Dogma star. Every day, she gets up at 5:30 a.m. to do a 90-minute workout. According to a friend, Ben is a bedhead who can get up at 5 a.m. every day to do a 90-minute workout.

Lopez and Affleck share many interests but Lopez sees working out differently. Lopez's lifestyle is Affleck’s necessity evil. Insiders say that Ben refuses to go to the gym and Jen will have trouble getting him to change his mind.

The story was published in July so it has been plenty of time for the drama to unfold in public. They are very happy together so this drama cannot have occurred. Lopez and Affleck were seen trick-or-treating with Jennifer Garner's ex Jennifer Garner. So all is well in Affleck Town.

Affleck is an adult man who can wake up at 6am and go to the gym whenever he needs. This is a thinly disguised body-shaming story that targets Affleck for not being as fit as Lopez. Lopez is one of the few people who are in such good shape on the planet. It's not something worth talking about.

The tabloid claimed Garner and Affleck had reunited back in April. However, it was a bait-and switch. They had dinner together but the tabloid made it seem like there was romance. These stories are deceptive and show that the outlet doesn't know what it is talking about.

There are many OK! stories out there that are more obviously false. It claimed that Affleck had been engaged to Ana de Armas a year before. Gossip cop recently debunked the story that Affleck was eloping in love with Lopez. These stories are false because Affleck is not married or engaged.
