"All those kids were twelve when I was 17, and they all had children." "I was a little older, and I could drive, it was cool," she said about her relationship to her famous castmates at Cocaine Bear.

Keri Russell opens up about her time as a star in the making of the "Mickey Mouse Club" in the 1990s.

The 46-year-old star of "Cocaine Bear" shared some details about her time on the Disney-famous show during an appearance on "The Kelly Clarkson Show."

Russell shared her feelings about a throwback photograph of herself recording a song with the "Mickey Mouse Club" and how it felt to be an older child amongst talented children.

The actress in "The Americans" stated that she learned to drive during filming in Florida and that she would practice her skills often on the roads around the studio.

Russell stated that it was difficult to connect with her younger cast members due to the age gap, but she still earned her credibilty by being able to drive.

She said that Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake were "the really famous children". "They were all very talented...all of those kids were 12 when they were 17. I was a bit older and I could drive. I was cool.

She said, "Two my best friends, Lindsay and Alana were on the show too, and they were all my ages."

Russell was an It Girl in late '90s Hollywood, but Russell's 11-year-old daughter recalls being disappointed when Russell shared "Felicity", one of her most famous bodies of work.

"My daughter about one year ago -- she is mature for her age, and she was bored one morning -- I said to Willa, "Hey Willa, I did this program about this college girl, and you might find it cool." During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, she said that it was "really sweet." She was so impressed that she asked me to show it to her. It was on, and I downloaded the episode from Amazon.

Russell was thrilled to share the show and her daughter with Willa, but Willa didn't want to watch her mother on the teen program.

"She turned it off after about 15 minutes and said, 'Ugh mom, it's so creepy.' She recalled that she was shocked at me. "I was like, "Oh, I thought it might be interesting for you to try it." She was horrified.

Willa asked her, "Like why would you think that I'd want your college experience watching weird boys and stuff?"

Russell said that Willa was not a big fan of "Felicity," but she might feel differently about "Mickey Mouse Club."

She said, "I feel like she might enjoy that."
