The post was made on the same day that fans watched her sister Kim getting a new photo for her driver's licence on Thursday's episode The Kardashians.

Kourtney Kourtneyhas revealed that she has changed her driving license to reflect the marriage with Travis Barker.

The Poosh co-founder, who will marry Travis in May of 2022, shared her black-and white driver's licence photo on Instagram. Her name is listed as Kourtney K. Barker.

Kourtney, 44 wrote "say my Name" alongside the photo below.

The reality star also shared on Instagram Stories a post in which she explained why she chose to use her maiden surname instead of her middle name Mary.

Kourtney, who is expecting a child with Travis, posted a screenshot of the website The Knot that stated: "It has been a long-standing tradition for brides to adopt their husband's surname. They also drop their middle name but keep the last name (their'maiden name') as their middle name. Her husband's name becomes her new name.

She wrote "in case you didn’t know ..."" alongside the image to respond to those who seemed curious about her choice.

Kourtney posted her new photo of her driver's licence on the same day that fans watched her sister Kim have a brand new photo of her driver's permit taken in Thursday's episode Of The Kardashians.

Kim arrived at the DMV in October ahead of her 42nd Birthday, and after-hours to have a photo taken for a new license. She was accompanied by hairstylist Chris Appleton, as well as makeup artist Ariel Tejada. Of course, Kim brought in hair and makeup artists to have her photo taken.

Kim Kardashian West is her new middle name. She changed it during her marriage to her now ex-husband Kanye West. It seems that Kourtney followed the example of her sister. The SKIMS founder was still not divorced from the rapper at the time the episode aired on Thursday. She debated whether or not to include "West" in her new ID but decided to leave it at the end. "No, Kim Kardashian," she said.

On Thursday, many fans commented that the timing of Kourtney’s post was no coincidence.
