Before news broke about their split, Cory Hardrict and Tia Mowry shared cryptic messages on social media.

Late Tuesday morning, TMZ reported Mowry's divorce from Hardrict. This was after 14 years of marriage. But, before the news, Mowry, a "Sister, Sister", alumnus and "All American, Homecoming" star, posted quotes to their Instagram Stories, seemingly referring the couple's separation.

Mowry spoke to Access Hollywood last Wednesday about "self-love" as well as "setting boundaries".

Tia was told by Zuri Hall that she was "glowing" when she said so. She replied, "So many people tell me that." This past weekend, I was in New York. In New York, two people said to me that I was radiant. It's self-love. It's self-love."

"I am really, really focused on setting boundaries... She said that she is in her 40s and is still learning. It's given me joy and peace.

After six years of being together, Mowry and Hardrict were engaged in 2006. They were married in April 2008, and have two children: Cree, 11 and Cairo, 4.

According to TMZ, Tia cited irreconcilable disagreements in their divorce docs as the reason for their split. The mother of two is seeking joint physical custody and legal custody for their children. She did not reveal the date of their separation. Mowry said that Hardrict and she have a prenup.

Tia posted the news on Instagram shortly after the filing of the divorce. She revealed that Cory and she have now separated.

Below, she captioned a photo with Hardrict that read, "I have always been open with my fans, today is no exception." "I wanted Cory and me to let you know that we have decided to separate. These difficult decisions are not always easy and can cause sadness.

She added that "We will keep a friendship as co-parenting our beautiful children." "I am grateful for the wonderful times we shared and would like to thank my family, friends and fans for their love and support as this new chapter in our lives begins."

Tamera Mowry (Tia's twin sister), reacted to the news by writing in the comments section of Tamera's post: "Love you!"

Tavior Mowry's brother Tia and Tamera also supported Tia. I love you! He wrote, "I love you!"

Tia was also greeted by many celebrities and fans who sent her loving messages. Jackee Harry, her co-star in "Sister, Sister", sent three emojis with praying hands. She added, "Thank you."
