He confessed to having a long affair for months with his alleged baby mom -- even though he was dating Khloe.
Tristan Thompson revealed all details about his arrangement with Maralee Nichols, the alleged baby-maternity.
Daily Mail has obtained court documents that reveal that the NBA star admitted to having a long-running sexual affair with the personal coach. This appears to have overlapped with his relationship timeline with Khloe Kardashian.
Thompson filed the docs in response to Nichols' attempts to have the paternity suit heard in California. Thompson owns a house there but denies that he is a resident and insists Houston Texas has jurisdiction.
The 30-year-old refutes several claims made by Nichols in them. First, he said he didn't want to undergo a pre-birth paternity testing, but that such in-utero tests aren't allowed under Texas law.
He claims he did not meet Nichols at his house on November 1st and that he "immediately" attached himself to her. He wrote that he was cautious and denied they had sex in California in the latter part of 2020. He also stated that he did not remember having any sexual relations with her in California.
He claimed that he can only recall having sex in March 2021 with her and no other times during the year. He said that Nichols used the term "hook up" to describe their relationship, which was the truth. "I am certain that March 13, 2021 was the date of conception if the child is deemed my child, as it was my birthday.
Khloe Kardashian fans might also recall that date. She posted a glowing birthday tribute to her baby daddy on Facebook, giving the impression that their on-again, off-again relationship was back in full swing.
Nichols claims that the baby was conceived at California. She previously claimed she cannot recall having sex in Texas with Thompson on her birthday. Thompson claims in the documents that the baby, weighing almost 8 pounds and healthy, was born December 1st.
He insisted that the baby wasn't born prematurely, explaining how normal gestation is forty weeks and not 33 and that it therefore must have been conceived in Texas on his birth date -- if indeed he was the father.
He stated that it was absurd to induce labor almost two months before due date, and pointed out that Nichols' labor was intentionally inducible on that date for medical purposes... and even had an idea of what those medical reasons were.
He wrote that he had been contacted by someone who confirmed that Petitioner had been diagnosed with herpes after opening our files to the media. "It would therefore make sense for Petitioner to have a specific delivery date."
He insists that he and Nichols had no "serious ongoing relationship" and that they only saw each other "sporadically" between December 2020, and his birthday, March 13, 2021.
He said that Nichols had told him that she was involved with other athletes, and that she understood the limits of our relationship. To-wit: that they might only see each other on a limited basis for consensual casual sexual sex.
"We never exchanged text messages, phone calls, or emails. Only Snapchat was used for communication. Snapchat username has always been "blkjesus00"
He claimed they used Snapchat to protect their privacy as Snapchat does not store messages. He claimed that he wasn't notified by Nichols that Snapchat was saving any messages. Snapchat is programmed to alert, which is why he believes the Snapchat messages she uses as proof are fake. He claimed that the Snapchat messages she claims are from him are from someone named "TT" and can easily be made by anyone with a second smartphone.
He continued, "Our relationship was built on sex." We wouldn't have met in Houston if we didn't have sex. There were no dates in the traditional sense; we didn't go to restaurants, travel, or do any other things that would indicate a normalized relationship.
"There were only Snapchats about 'where' and 'what' we would hook-up, and which hotels would be used. No paparazzi photographs or other media photos depicting any relationship between us are available.
He tried to distance himself further from California's jurisdiction and insisted that the only reason he owns a house is to visit his children.
He stated that he would accept parental responsibilities if he was proven to be the father but that he wouldn't be seeking custody or visitation.
"I did not take any action in the media or press to denigrate Petitioner, as she has done to my. He stated that he had tried to resolve the matter on reasonable grounds with Petitioner but to no avail. "However, Petitioner responded to my settlement with a massive'media blitz' designed to cause me harm.
According to Nichols court documents, Thompson offered $75,000 to have an abortive procedure.
Thompson denies that he sent Thompson messages. He allegedly told her to either take it or not. Thompson will be retiring next year from the NBA and she will have less luck trying to find a "unemployed father" for just a few hundred dollars child support.
