"What, you mad that an 18-year old is bigger than yourself?"

You might not be able to handle the sight of someone exercising.

This is what Nick Nush, a Pennsylvania teenager, encountered this week. He was subject to a torrent of hate and homophobic language.

The 18-year old was doing his own thing, using a lat pulldown machine. He had his phone set up behind his back to record his work. He accidentally captured more:

He notices another male member of the gym standing in mid-rep and filming him. It doesn't appear like he is a fan.

"What doin' man?" The man continues his question with a redundant one. "Getting a shirtless work out in?" "Weirdo."

Nush engages with the toll and asks him how that makes him strange. He spits, "Cause your shirtless in a gym?

Nush graciously explained that he was filming his back muscles. "What's your problem?" He responds, "You ain’t gotta record my voice," and gets a short "F----you." He responds, "That's strange assed s ---, F--you, f ----t."

Nush says that he doesn't know the man. "So I don’t even know him," Nush said in his video. "I am confused as hell about what's happening, because I don’t understand why he’s cursing me out. He continues to stare at and flip me off, and he keeps saying things to me. I had to speak up.

Nush finally decides to eat the bait, and asks, "What, you mad that an 18-year old is bigger than yourself?"

"You know what?" The man said, dropping his water bottle and walking menacingly across the ground. But he didn't do anything, perhaps after taking a closer look at what he was threatening.

After a few seconds of wailing, the man said, "I'll f---y you up, p---y," before he walked off leaving behind a confused Nush.

"For all those who said why didn't he hit him, I know he was being a tool. But these people aren’t worth it," Nush stated in the comments. "I'm maturer than this guy."

"I don't want to deal with the police for assaulting the gym. He said, "I can control myself. Evidently this dude has issues."

The video was viewed over 5.5 million times. While some comments suggested that it is common etiquette for men to wear shirts at the gym, all of them agreed that the behavior of the other man was unacceptable.
