Simon Leviev – real name Shimon Hayut – became famous (or at least infamous) after being exposed in Netflix's sensational documentary "The Tinder Swindler."

As the documentary detailed, the notorious conman carved a path of financial pain and emotional agony around the world as he charmed, then swindled, several women, fleecing them of millions of dollars to fund his own high-flying lifestyle.

The women he targeted were left in financial ruin, while Leviev got away scot free – and from the looks of things, he has no interest in changing his ways.
