Kelly Clarkson is one of the most positive people in entertainment, but even positive people have to deal with difficult times. For Clarkson, that came in late 2020, when she filed for divorce from her husband, Brandon Blackstock, after seven years of marriage.
The singer/television host has been refreshingly candid about her emotional experience over the last year, and in her new song "Merry Christmas (To the One I Used to Know)” she lays it all out — and gives a holiday song to those who are sad or lonely. But it isn’t just because of her own emotions: Here’s why Kelly Clarkson is getting so upset over being alone.
