Kelly Clarkson's divorce from Brandon Blackstock has gone to ugly places, but on August 12, the celeb got herself a big win.

After her estranged husband fought to throw out the ex-couple's prenuptial agreement, asking for Clarkson to provide significant monthly payments to him, a court has determined that the prenup will be honored. Naturally, Clarkson (and her accountants!) are pleased.
