The Oscar-winning producer of the upcoming Broadway adaptation of The Outsiders, Vivienne Bertrand, also revealed why Vivienne reminds her of her mother Marcheline.

It seems that Angelina Jolie , Brad Pitt 's Vivienne and Brad Pitt’s daughters Vivienne has an interest in arts like her famous father!

In a Statement that was shared by multiple outlets this week, Jolie made a rare statement about her youngest child, revealing that Vivienne "is serious about theatre."

According to E! News reports that the 48-year old Oscar winner, who is producing the upcoming Broadway adaptation of The Outsiders, has hired Vivienne to be her volunteer assistant.

"Viv reminds of my mom in that she doesn't focus on being in the spotlight but is a support for other creatives," Jolie said, whose mother was late actress Marcheline Bertrand. "She is very serious and thoughtful about theatre, and works hard to understand the best way to contribute."

Jolie and Brad Pitt share Vivienne. Former couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie also share kids Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Shiloh's twin Knox, Shiloh 18, Pax 19, Zahara, Shiloh 17, Shiloh 18, Shiloh 17, Shiloh 18 and Pax.

In a recent announcement, Jolie was named as the lead producer of The Outsiders, a musical based on S.E. Hinton's 1967 book and the 1993 Francis Ford Coppola movie. Broadway will host the musical adaptation of La Jolla Playhouse's premiere earlier this year.

Jolie said Deadline, "I am very lucky to be a member of this special production." "I studied at Lee Strasberg Institute, where I discovered that my first love as an actor was theatre. It was only now that I found my way back. I hope to continue to learn and contribute from this incredible team that I have worked with since my daughter took me to the La Jolla Playhouse to see a show."

She added, "I cannot express my excitement for this Broadway debut of The Outsiders and I look forward to sharing with the world this new adaptation The Outsiders ."
