She recalls how it was "painful to hear Leviss" at the reunion.

Ariana Madix has opened up on filming the "Vanderpump Rules Reunion" in the wake Scandoval. She also talked about how it was for her to watch Tom Sandoval's and Raquel Levy's behavior while she wasn't around.

During an interview with Alex Cooper on his Call Her Daddy Podcast, the reality star addressed Sandoval’s claim on the finale, that he had tried to break up multiple times with Madix during their affair, but "she threatened to f---ing murder herself."

"But, you're sleeping in my bed, buying me flowers, taking me to an anniversary dinner, and going to couples therapy, and all that?" Madix admitted that they did have a "breakup discussion" after Valentine's Day but that it didn't end with a decision. She clarified what Sandoval interpreted as suicidal thoughts.

She said, "At the end, of this conversation -- which lasted for hours -- at the end, it was like let's continue the conversation. He was saying things like, I think I am having a midlife crisis,' and I was like, Absolutely'." "I said that if we broke up, I would probably quit the show. I'm probably going to leave Los Angeles. I'll probably deactivate Instagram. He found it offensive."

"I never said that I would kill myself. "I was saying that this life will be over because I'll go somewhere else," she said. "I've been dreaming about moving to the French countryside ever since I was a child. It was not a good conversation but I wasn't talking about harming myself physically."

Madix said that Sandoval made it clear, "that's definitely not what I meant," before denying again the pair had been broken up at the time of the scandal.

It was a really rough conversation. We ended it with, Let's continue talking about this. She added that we continued to talk for the next two days. Sandoval was finally told to "end it" if they felt things were over.

"I've dealt with suicidal thoughts before and I've been in dark, deep places before." Madix said that his remarks to Scheana made her "angry." She praised Shay's reaction to his claim and wondered why he didn't do anything to help her if he thought she was suicidal.

She responded that when Cooper asked her to identify the "most hurtful thing" Sandoval had said during the drama surrounding the split, it was "the way he weaponized my struggles with mental health." This was the thing that hurt me most.

Madix's reaction to Tom's initial scene with Raquel was also discussed during the podcast. This was the first time that fans had seen any obvious PDA between Tom and Raquel since their affair became public. Both expressed their love to one another in an awkward way during the awkward moment.

"That scene was cringeworthy on many levels." It was this scene and the conversation I saw that caused me to -- when you asked, "Do they make any sense to you?" Madix said, "I'm like no." She said that she "kinda knew" that the professions of "I love" were being used and that she "figured" that was "where they [were] at the time."

Madix said that Tom returned to the shared house after filming this scene and "yelled" at everyone she had invited for what was "basically a funeral", mourning Sandoval, whom they all believed they knew. "He left, and paparazzi photos showed him returning to her apartment." He came back and told everyone to get out of the house.

Ariana spoke about the reunion which will air tonight on Bravo. She described it as "painful", listening to Leviss while taping.

"And not painful like she hurt my emotions." She said that it was painful in that she did not seem to be connected with the moment or reality. Madix said that she felt "angry", "sad", and "numb" during the recording.

Madix stated that she felt "honestly" that she had closure before she entered the recording. She explained that the circumstances surrounding the scandal and split made it "really simple for me to not care ---" after" -- and she realized that even if Tom was the person she missed, the version she missed isn't the real Tom.

Tonight, Bravo will broadcast the "Vanderpump Rules Reunion".
