Bachelorette Goes Barbie: Charity Ready to Take Rose Back, Has World's Most Awkward One-on-One

Bachelorette Goes Barbie: Charity Ready to Take Rose Back, Has World's Most Awkward One-on-One

Barbie Charity Lawson, the "Bachelorette", has an exciting Week 3. She is serenaded on a dozen Kens' shoulders and endures one of the most awkward dates. She also wonders whether she should "rip" off a Rose from someone's chest when she hears his comments about her.

Does her boyfriend know why he agreed to appear on the show? They know the rules?

This question is asked every season when someone begins to doubt that the Bachelorette/Bachelor is dating many people. Read the product description. The label says it all! You thought they were all your personal staff!

It's Brayden again. His earrings aren't there to make him look good, but rather they help us identify who he is. (It's hard to tell in the early weeks). Brayden Bowers is once again talking about his uncertainty.

Brayden's biggest issue is his lack of maturity. It's fine to be excited and jump around (which he is) but it's quite another to say things without thinking.

You've already been criticized by Charity for your dumbass s---, so it would be reasonable to think that you'd check yourself first before spitting more out in front of the same guy. This is where maturity comes into play.

One-and-Fun?

Brayden received a huge vote of faith from Charity in his second One-on-1 of the season after he won the First Impression Rose.

She played on his childish side, taking him in a helicopter to San Diego and landing at Petco Park. That would be awesome for anyone.

We learned that men communicate differently with women compared to their brothers... well, the majority of males, but that's another story. Brayden's message to Charity was sincere, eloquent and clear.

He talked about how he was cheated on by his previous partner and how that experience triggered all of the trauma in him. He is upset when she leaves for dates with another guy and is honest and forthright with her about how hard it is for him.

He also says that he thinks she is worth trying, and he vows to do so. After his utter blundering in almost every other moment, this is a surprising effective moment.

He's not as eloquent when he talks later about "bro" things -- male posturing. He says that he isn't sure he can get down on his knees after his girlfriend has dated 20 dudes.

He's sort of ( kind ) saying the same things, but he says it in a dumb "cool" manner that guys feel like they must use before removing their shirts or chest bumping a beer.

His sincerity and honesty earned him a pre-Rose Ceremony Rose at the end of their One-on One, which boosted his ego. His later words, however, would jeopardize everything.

Ken You Feel It?

The guys dressed as Ken dolls performed an original charity song as this week's 12-person group date. It was a perfect coincidence that the film "Barbie", which premiered this weekend, coincided with the 12 person group date.

Caleb B was the only guy who had a decent singing voice. The rest of the guys were mediocre to bad. One misguided suitor thought it was the voice of an Angel. Maybe it was, but not compared to the rest of us.

Unfortunately, Caleb’s "angelic voice" wasn't strong enough to convince Barbie Charity (Barbity?) Charbie?) His way. Sean was the Ken she chose. She was won over by his overall performance, commitment and his kissing her at the end.

Charity seems to like these brazen moves, even though they are not popular with others. Sean's brazenness was evident throughout the evening, and he didn't have any friends.

Sean was able to spend more time with Charity after winning the singing contest. This included the evening date portion. He then snagged Charity first when the evening portion began, in front of all.

Sean didn't make any friends with the other eleven guys. We understand, especially because some guys only get a few minutes of one-on-one attention at events. So, for a guy to steal time from another person, we can see their perspective.

Charity, herself, made an even more powerful statement. She may have started to reveal her cards. She took Dotun to her bedroom rather than sit with him and give them a bit more intimacy. This is not the first occasion she has gone out of her comfort zone to make Dotun feel special. He's noticed it. We are too, my man!

We love the gentle, sweet vibe that the two share. Dotun could be a season finalist? He could even be a finalist in. Brayden is not the only one getting such a personalized approach.

One-and-Yawn?

When the Group Date card showed that the second One-on One of the week was going to Warwick, we were with Joey. We were like, "Who?" Warwick Davis? Willow? Isn't it true? Isn't he married? When the camera cut away to him, we thought, "oh, who?"

This guy hasn't had any screen time until now. Charity was pretty sure that this was a One on One because something about the very, very quiet man caught her attention. But there was also something fundamentally lacking and a group date setting was not enough to get into it.

It's easy to understand. Warwick is stunning. That's what appeals to people. He has a beautiful face, he looks like a model. What else is there to see?

It turns out that not much.

This is probably one of the awkwardest dates in Bachelor Nation's history. Warwick was the least generous of all. No one else gave less. The edit was a great way to sell the story, but there must be truth in his lack of anything.

Charity was unable to get him to talk. He had nothing to say. He admitted at least that communication wasn't his forte.

He claimed he didn't know the reason why his previous relationships failed, but we could think of one. It's because he is oblivious about these long, drawn-out silences, which leave girls gasping. You could also scoop her ice cream.

Charity, in his defense, was kind enough to send him back home for him to take a nap on the ilmo. Which he did. Scripted? We hope (but probably), we were dying watching him yawn through his exit interview before finally falling asleep. Not-Willow and us both.

No Rose Goes

Aaron B has once again decided to ruin everyone's evening. Aaron B makes a generous gesture to make sure that Brayden is seen as someone who talks trash in the mansion and not as someone who is trustworthy.

We're not certain if, as Brayden believes, he is really watching out for her, or if it's just him. It's obvious that he's sincere in his concern for what Brayden is saying.

Brayden was again incensed by Charity's comment about "20 other dudes" and she pulled him aside again to get some clarification on what was going on. Brayden claims he has already spoken to Charity about this. But we were discussing the way people say things. He was respectful when he spoke to Charity, but cool-ly to the boys. ).

Aaron B informed Charity that Brayden was not ready to propose to her at the end, and that he didn't think he would be able to get engaged with someone who had just dated twenty guys.

Brayden said the same thing to Charity, but he put it in a much more vulgar way. He changed his communication style to better explain himself to Charity. She was still conflicted, and canceled the remainder of the Cocktail Party just like she had done with the barbecue last week.

Are you sure that the leads cancel these events, without speaking to so many suitors? Or is it a production idea to use a dramatic emotional moment in order to increase the drama of the show? This could be interpreted in either direction, as these Bachelorette and Bachelors seem to be emotional messies throughout the journey.

Charity made her final decision regarding Brayden only in the last seconds of the episode, when Jesse Palmer confirmed that all those who received roses would be staying, which included Brayden. This meant saying goodbye to Adrian S, Aaron S and James.

We're not too upset by the choices we made. James was adamant all night long that if he did not get enough time, he would probably go home. This foreshadowing is pretty obvious. We liked Adrian, but we could understand his discomfort.

Aaron S was coming across as a Grade A tool in every comment he made. We were really hoping that he would go home, because we couldn't take anymore of his commentary.

Next week, "The Brayden Show", which is a continuation of the drama, drama and drama for a third consecutive week, looks to continue. We're almost there. This franchise is known for bringing out the drama in the early seasons and then cutting it off midway. Brayden's future is in doubt if he can't get away from being the epicenter.

His immature behavior and posturing aren't just limited to his giddy love for Charity. He "bros" and makes threats against the other guys. He has no control over his volatile, unpredictable emotions. Next week, it looks as if things will reach a peak.
