Famous short-seller John Paulson has his own house-selling problems. As they work out the details of their divorce, the billionaire and Jenny Paulson are currently fighting over who gets what.

Who will get the house?

According to Page Six, although the two are fighting over ownership of their vast portfolio of property, their most significant fight is over their $110 million Palm Beach estate.

This mansion, which is located on the prestigious South Ocean Boulevard overlooking the ocean, is their most glamorous property. The house measures almost 30,000 sq. ft. and has nine bedrooms and ten-and-a-half bathrooms. The couple purchased the house in January and are currently arguing about who will inherit it after the divorce.

Art Collection and Jewelry Available for Grabs

The divorce proceedings will also include other valuable assets. The Paulsons will also need to decide what to do about their Hamptons estate worth $50 million, their $50m Upper East Side townhouse and John's large holdings in Puerto Rico. These include multiple properties and hotels.

Due to the fact that they don't have a prenup, the couple's divorce is likely to be one of the most expensive in New York State. John, who is worth $4Billion, filed for divorce in September from his wife of 21-years. Later, he withdrew his filing to allow the couple's lawyers to enter private negotiations.

There are many other opportunities for real estate. The Paulsons own an extensive art collection, which includes pieces by Van Gogh and Monet. Jenny has a jewelry collection worth more than $20 million.

John doesn't let the asset divvying get to him though. Alina de Almeida, a 33-year old fitness influencer, has been resigned by the real estate mogul. The situation has not been commented upon by either of the Paulsons.
