Candace Owens doesn’t seem to have much sympathy for Alec Baldwin.

The tragic accident that claimed the life of Halyna Hutchins, cinematographer on "Rust," last Thursday saw the conservative commentator attack Halyna Hutchins for his criticisms of Donald Trump.

She tweeted Friday, per Yahoo: "Alec Baldwin spent four years dedicated to painting Donald Trump's supporters as evil killers,"

"What happened to Alec is a poetic example of poetic justice, if not for the innocent people he murdered. Pray for their families. It is so sad.

She deleted it but did not retract her use of "murder".

She wrote, "Will correct the last tweet to state Alec Baldwin *killed* somebody - not murdered someone - as murder carries an entirely different legal definition."

I will correct the tweet that Alec Baldwin "killed" someone. Murder has a different legal definition.

She added that "Literally, not one thing Alec Baldwin said about Donald Trump or his supporters is going well."

Then, she retweeted Jack Posobiec, a conspiracy theorist: "Alec Baldwin produced this film." He is not in the best of health.

Baldwin was openly critical about Trump during his tenure. He is most well-known for mocking him weekly on "Saturday Night Live".

Hutchins' friend, Rachel Mason, a fellow filmmaker, appeared on CNN Monday morning. She rebuffed anyone who called Baldwin a "murderer."

She said, "I don’t believe any actor who was in that situation -- no matter what the responsibility ends up being -- is responsible for this tragic, horrible nightmare of taking my friend's life." "I wanted him know that I felt that strongly. He is a decent person and I know that he feels horrible. "I just wanted him to know that. We just had a phone conversation about it."

"I'm so glad I was able tell him that. I don't want to see him suffering from that burden for the rest his life. She continued, "He's in a similar situation to everyone else, in deep sorrow and sadness, feels terrible für die Familie." "I dislike the way people communicate online sometimes. I jump to conclusions that he's like psycho murderer, etc. Alec Baldwin is not a murderer. He's an actor. Film sets will learn from him.

She concluded, "I think he wants as much to figure out what happened as anyone else."
