Many viewers at Wednesday's CMA Awards believe that Carrie Underwood wasn't in the mood to laugh at Luke Bryan's humor attempts.

Bryan, who opened the gala, seemed to be referring to the Aaron Rodgers controversy over the coronavirus. This involved the quarterback being tested positive for Covid-19 after declaring he was "immunized."

Bryan stated that they are following all health protocols to ensure everyone is safe. Bryan also said that it was great to be there with my fellow artists, being tested and joined together on the Nashville stage. Or immunized? It is who? "Just playing!"

The joke was cracked by the singer. The camera pans to Underwood, her husband Mike Fisher, and Mike Fisher, who have recently supported Rodgers’ decision not to get the vaccine.

Bryant's joke quickly became viral because of Underwood's reaction.

Fisher posted on Instagram, "I stand by @aaronrodgers12," over the weekend. "I believe in freedom to choose what we put into our bodies and freedom to follow our conscience. He is correct in saying that science shows the vaccined spread covid at the same rate as those who are not vaccinated.

Although Underwood did not comment publicly on Fisher's support for Rodgers, she was criticized in August for liking a Tweet opposing children's mask mandates.
