"The aggressive d--- swinging hetero bars, I got sick of ..."

Daniel Craig, during a Monday appearance on "Lunch with Bruce", revealed that he prefers gay bars to their straight counterparts in order to avoid being roughed up.

The actor from "No Time to Die" admitted that he has been to gay bars since childhood. "One of the reasons is because I don’t get into fights as often as other people," he said.

James Bond, the now-deceased James Bond, shared his belief that gay bars were a safe place for him as a young man.

"The aggressive d--- swinging at hetero bars, I got sick of as an infant, because it was like, "I don't want the end up in a punchup." He said that he did. That would happen quite often. It would be a great place to visit.

The 53-year old told podcast listeners that being a gay man in a gay bar was not just about personal safety.

"Everybody was cool, everyone. It didn't matter how you sex. It was fine. He explained that it was safe. "And I could meet girls, because there are many girls there for the exact same reason that I was there. It was a kind of ulterior motive."

Craig also mentioned an incident with Bruce Bozzi, friend and podcast host. They were "caught" at a gay bar in Venice.

Craig laughed, "It was one of those situations for me and the irony was, you know? we kinda got 'caught" I suppose.

Craig said, "It was a pleasant night, and I was talking to you about my life at the time when it was changing."

He recalled, "And I just wasn't like, 'I don't care a damn,' and that we were in Venice." "We hugged outside, and someone called the F--king Post!"

Bruce told listeners that Craig and Bruce were celebrating an exciting event in Craig's lives. The friendly interaction was featured on the tabloid's front page the next day.

Bozzi stated, "We had an amazing night," while Craig concluded, "It's a s ----storm inside a tea kettle."
