RHOA alum, Tyler Perry praises series creator Tyler Perry, and shares how her husband supports her behind-the scenes.

Eva Marcille is now a HBIC member.

Reality star/actress is the host of the BET+ show "All the Queen's Men" in which she plays the owner and manager of a male stripclub who goes by the nickname Madam. Eva, who has worked on several TV movies and "House of Payne," is no stranger to the set.

She explained that being #1 on the call sheets means you are the first person to work, and the last person to leave. It's about leading by example.

No one number is more important than #5, #33, or #78. Every single number on the call sheets matters. Every person matters. She said, "I cannot do everything by myself." Being #1 is just as important as being #2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. It's a great feeling to have this responsibility of being prepared and leading in a way that encourages my coworkers to show up every day. It's great.

She said, "The world is as it is and the industry it is. But what you do with it, that's your choice." "I choose to stand up, I choose women to represent me, I choose diversity to represent me, and it's something I love. "I really, truly do."

She said that her soaps and House of Payne training helped her adapt to the fast-paced environment of "All the Queen's Men", which uses what she calls the "The Tyler Perry Method". Perry is the executive producer and director of the show.

She said, "It's a method that will be down like Uta Hayden and Stanislavski. Figuring out how to not just own all your content, be amazing and bankable in this aspect, but also how to be efficient time-wise and creatively"

"I first met Tyler Perry years ago when he got his TBS contract. His first TV show, 'House of Payne', was on air for 14-15 year. I joined that show as a bright-eyed bushy-tailed firecracker ready to conquer the world. He moves so quickly, and he has a theater background. So this time we are wasting is his money.

It's not like a network that gives you a budget but can't get overtime. No you can't. Everybody, let's work!" She continued before praising Perry, saying that Perry helped her "hone and trust my craft, find my own validation, and my own joy working."

Eva has done some crazy things so far on the series. She's not only bossed around half-naked men but she's also thrown axes and shot an assault rifle. And even had her "Dynasty!" moment when she fought another costar in a swimming pool. She hasn't been as adventurous as she was with the stunt-filled scenes, but it didn't push her beyond her comfort zone like a more intimate scene.

"The stunts have become my favourite. Marcille said that the sex scene was my favorite. Madam is Madam, and Madam can be more than a woman. Madam is a force. Madam must still be in control if we are going to show Madam intimately and vulnerablely. But we want it spicy and sexy. Let's go there if we have to.

"So that's why I thought it was the hardest. We shoot very fast and you don’t get a lot of takes. She continued, "We did it in the winter early in the morning." It was literally like we were flying in a private jet. Tyler has all the equipment in the studio. We are in this jet because it is freezing cold. sensitive areas do other things in cold temperatures. We have to deal. The intimate scene was a major challenge.

Eva enjoys being able to tap into another persona on the show, and Michael Sterling is also a fan. Marcille says that he is not only her cheerleader, but also someone who helps her nail her lines. Eva explained that Marcille "studies" alongside Eva when she receives the scripts and said they both run lines together.

"He helps me understand certain phrases and things. I was like "What is the plug and what does that mean?" She said that he was like, "It's a slang phrase, babe." He breaks it down, but I don't know what he means. When I put on Madam I feel like I'm a gangster, but in reality, I just made baked ziti last evening. "I'm just a mom."

"I have not actually killed anyone." She laughed and said, "Actually, I'm not a criminal."

Her character has an amazing wardrobe, and "Madam's is insanely expensive!" Marcille stated that Eva is excited for fans to witness "a major plot twist" on the show.

She teased, "I'm sure that you feel like there are one in every episode," she said. Madam is a controlled, calculated woman. Surprises are not always pleasant. Surprises are not my favorite thing. I also don't like things that I can't handle quickly. It's going to go down."
