Heather Locklear might be returning to the spotlight but reality TV is not included in that return.

Locklear, during a Thursday appearance on "The Kelly Clarkson Show", asked if she would ever consider joining her former "Melrose Place” co-star Lisa Rinna in "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

Clarkson, 60, admitted that she was not interested in anything. Clarkson thought she would say the same thing, but Clarkson caught her off guard.

Locklear stated, "I don't find it interesting enough" and "I don't drink."

Locklear celebrated two-and-a-half years of sobriety after she entered a facility in 2019, , following two arrests in 2018. She was reportedly admitted to out-patient treatment after completing a 30-day program.

After a brief break, she's back on the Lifetime film "Don't Sweat The Small Stuff," which premieres Saturday, October 14.

Locklear claims she doesn't think Locklear is interesting enough to be cast on the reality TV series, but her feud with Denise Richards has been a hot topic on the show. Brandi Glanville said Locklear had text her support after her drama with Denise. Lisa Rinna raised the topic during last season's reunion.

Richards and Locklear were friends or had a friendly relationship while Denise was married with Charlie Sheen, and Heather was married by Richie Sambora. Locklear and Sheen worked together on "Spin City", and the Samboras and Sheens lived in the same area.

Richards began dating Locklear's ex husband Richie in 2006 after both of them filed for divorce. This caused a rift in their friendship. Richards maintained that Sambora and Locklear were both single at the time they began dating. "We didn’t interfere in marriages or anything like that."

Glanville, who received a cease-and-desist from Richards after she claimed that the two had sex at RHOBH, said Locklear reached her during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live. In an interview with DailyMail TV, she further explained their correspondence.

The 47-year old former model explained that Heather Locklear, who she grew up watching on TV, sent an Instagram DM to me during this dramatic situation. "She thanked me with a lot of hearts and prayers, and I wrote back. "Listen, you know that the truth always comes out, no matter how long it takes, and that I am truly sorry that you went through this.

Brandi also stated that Heather said she couldn't see the reunion.

Heather sent Brandi a text saying that she felt sick and thought about Denise's spirit. "So I had no choice but to turn it off."

Locklear has not yet made any public statements about Brandi. However, a source told PEOPLE that Brandi and Locklear did send text messages.
