"I have fallen for the same abuse in relationships because it's what my mind thought I deserved."

Jana Kramer shared her story of abusive relationships with the hope that it would inspire other women to recognize their worth.

The country music singer shared her feelings in an emotional Instagram post Monday.

She began, "I've been emotionally and mentally abused in previous relationships." I allowed certain behaviors to continue because I believed the negative voices that spoke to me. No one will want to see you 'You're the problem '.... "You're the problem" '....." I'm going to kill your you bruise easily, I barely touched you I'm crazy '... if you wore something more sexy, I would sleep with you "You are the common denominator."

She continued by saying that she didn't feel "enough" for many years, and that she kept repeating the cycle of hurting others and herself. She added, "And I've fallen for same abuse in relationships because it's what my thought I deserved."

Two photos were taken of Jana holding up handwritten mantras. The first read, "I am broken and I'm not enough," while the second, "I am not broken, I AM Enough."

She concluded, "My healing...yours...our healing is stop those negative voices." Now is the time for us to learn, grow, heal, and love ourselves. We are enough. You are enough. You are enough. "I am enough.

Jana didn't mention any of her former partners, but she did speak out about the horrible abuse she suffered at the hands of Michael Gambino, her first husband. People heard her story in 2017 that he had terrorized her until she was finally arrested in 2005 for attempted murder. He was convicted and sentenced in 2017 to six years imprisonment. He committed suicide two years after his release in 2010.

Kramer split with Mike Caussin, her ex-husband, in April after a series of cheating scandals that he confessed to and his diagnosis as sex addict. In June, the divorce was finalized by the former couple, who have a daughter Jolie 5 and Jace 2 respectively.

Since then, she has been out with Jay Cutler, Kristin Cavallari’s ex-husband -- and met Mike while out with him last week.
