Kim Kardashian needs an "all neutral" outfit for her job!

Angie Martinez, a 41-year-old SKIMS mogul, asked her to share that her staff have uniforms. The radio host pointed out that Kardashian's employees were wearing "color coordinated" outfits.

Kim confirmed, "Absolutely. I have uniforms. It's not as if you say, "Hey, this looks like your uniform." It's not about color palettes.

Reality star, Kim Kardashian, revealed that she has a "handbook" that she gave to her employees. It states that they can only wear grays, heather grey, black, navy blue, white, cream and khaki.

She said, "We can stick to all neutrals." There is not a lot of color blocking."

Kardashian claims uniforms were a company policy agreed to by all her employees. "My house is so serene, so I asked everyone how they felt about it. Everyone said that it would make their lives so much easier. "And once everyone agreed that it would be easier, I was able to say, "Yes, let's do it!"

The Kardashians' personality joked that they would love a free dress day for their birthdays.

In a Vogue video, the mother of four spoke out about her love of monochromatic decor in February.

Kim stated, "Everything is really minimal in my home." Kim said, "I feel that the world is so chaotic that I need my home to feel calm and peaceful."

Kardashian admitted that her neutral taste may be more apparent, but she allowed her children to decorate their rooms according to their preferences.

She explained that her playroom was full of clutter. One bedroom is pink, one purple, one blue and one is dinosaurs. Each child can have his or her own bedroom, and it's so fun. But, in the main home, I prefer the peace and tranquility.

Kim shares North, 9, Saint 7, Chicago, 4, & Psalm 3, with Kanye West, her ex-husband.
