"I nearly passed out from the strength of it."

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepherd opened up to me about the smelly situation they had in their bedroom.

The couple shared their latest episode of Shepard's podcast "Armchair Expert", where they revealed that their daughters, Delta, 7 and Lincoln, 8 years old, sleep in the same room as them. They also recalled a terrible accident that occurred in that room.

The 41-year old actress shared the following: "You know the girls lie on the floor in our bedroom," she said. She also revealed that her family watches "How It's Made" before going to bed.

Bell noticed that Bell had noticed a "very raunchy scent" in her night. This smell had been around for several days.

She said, "OK, my family has got gas, big D." "I wake up in morning and it smells burning.

The actress from "Good Place" reported that the smell continued to persist in the room. She had washed the sheets, opened the French doors and tried to get rid of the odor.

Bell said, "Now, Delta. The little one, she's smell sensitive." "She said, "You know what, it smells like me." Dax and Lincoln can't bear it, so Delta and me are gaslit."

Shepard had his daughters also check the room for droppings from family pets. However, none were found. Bell then leaned down to inspect the mattress and was immediately blown away by the smell.

Bell stated, "I lean down to smell the mattress, Dax’s corner, his feet corner on the mattress and I almost hit it." It was so strong, I almost fell asleep.

They realized that Dax had accidentally put a protein shake in their OOLER mattress pad, which was supposed to be filled with water.

Bell revealed previously that the family slept in one bedroom together as a family and Bell also shared how closely they are involved in each other's lives.

Bell shared her hilarious questions with her surgeon during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Kimmel shared the following: "She was sitting there and we were getting paperwork or whatever," Kimmel said. "And she looked up at me with this sly expression--because you can only view your eyes through the mask--and said, 'Are we the doctor who's going to my mom's bottom?'

Lincoln was confirmed by the doctor and he asked him if he should search for something "when I'm up here". The 8-year old laughed and replied, "The rubbernut."

Bell explained that the "rubber nut" refers to a phrase Kristen or Dax use when they can't locate a lost item.

She laughed and said, "We say "up your butt with rubber nuts" in our household if we're missing anything." It's a household thing, if you're wondering where my shoes are. "Raise your butt with the rubber nut!"
