Lala Kent talks Randall Emmett split: "I never thought that my life would be where it is now."

Lala Kent talks Randall Emmett split: I never thought that my life would be where it is now.

The "Vanderpump Rules” star claims she has "moments when I feel pits in my stomach," but she is "hopeful, happy, and optimistic."

Lala Kent opens up about her split with Randall Emmett, her fiancé.

In Wednesday's episode "Give them Lala...with Randall", Lala was joined on Wednesday by Jessica, her assistant, and Lisa, her mom. The "Vanderpump Rules” star shared an update about her life after her split from Randall. She also shares Ocean, her 7-month-old baby girl.

Although she didn't name her ex, Lala, 31 years old, clearly mentioned the split when she talked about how she is handling this "new chapter” in her life.

"I take it one at a time, because a seven-month-old cannot wait for you to get over s Lala. You need to keep your head up and do what you want. That's what I do.

"I never imagined that my life would be the way it is now, and that's fine. She said that it was perfectly fine. "There are moments when I feel sick and have to ask God for help.

Jessica, who praised Lala's "soldiering through," pointed out that Lala claimed she felt like "she's lived a thousand lives" since her book "Give Them Lala" was published back in May. Jessica stated that she is now seeing Bravo's star " literally enter a new chapter."

Jessica agreed with Lala that she views her life as "chapters." Lala stated, "You must be grateful for all the experiences because what I have gone through in my life, which has been much more traumatic and crazy than mine, those people inspire and motivate me. They deal with everything with grace and come out on top, no matter what happens."

It appears that Randall, 50, has seen the positives in her relationship with reality star.

"For me, it's like looking at the ocean and thinking, "I wouldn't have Ocean." It's amazing to have the independence I do. It just feels incredible," Lala said, adding that she still has moments but feels "so hopeful & happy".

Bravolebrity stated that she can tell when it is time to end relationships with people in your lives.

Lala stated, "If someone doesn't fit your evolution, and if your evolutionary involves you being happy and healthy, and there are many pluses to those changes and people don’t fit that anymore, then not my problem, I'm burning down the bridge." "I don't care if there are three of me." To me, quality is more important than quantity if you are a high-quality person."

The actress spoke out about her split on her podcast last week.

She stated, per Cinemablend, "I want to acknowledge that everyone knows what is happening between Randall and me and just in my private life." "There will come a day when I feel confident enough to share my feelings. Today is not that day. It has been difficult. It's been a difficult time for me and I want to be there for my child. She is my number one priority. She is my number one priority. I understand what I signed up. I am on a reality TV show. It's not about me at the moment. It's about my child, and privacy is what I want for her sake.

Lala said that her split didn't affect her sobriety. In fact, the split made her stronger in her sobriety journey.

Lala, who celebrated three years of sobriety last month, said, "I'm kinda putting my steps into practice that we work on at AA, which are 'One day,'" Sometimes it's just one minute at time. That doesn't apply to me with alcohol. Surprisingly, I feel stronger in my sobriety despite everything.

Rumours that Lala Randall and Randall had parted began last month when Randall deleted or archived all her social media posts featuring Randall.

Lala uploaded a video of herself walking through Beverly Hills Hotel with two men and Beyonce's "Sorry". The "The Row" actress also liked a meme that said: "Rumors swirling that Randall might've had some extracurriculars avec a couple of cocktail waitresses," and featured side-by-side photographs of Randall holding a gun and Lisa Rinna. Later, she was seen not wearing her engagement rings.

TMZ reported that they were still "working on their relationship" despite the split rumors. Sources told TMZ that Randall and Lala had called it quits by October. They also noted that Lala had left Randall.

Lala and Randall were engaged in 2018. Their daughter Ocean was born in March 2018.

Randall was previously married from 2009 to 2017 to Ambyr Childers. They have two daughters, Rylee and London.
