The internet is baffled by videos and photos showing the singer of "Blue Jeans", dressed in uniform, working shifts.

Lana Del Rey is a new employee... allegedly.

Fans are puzzled by the singer's appearance at a Waffle House in Florence, Alabama.

Even her uniform and name tag "Lana", the "Blue Jeans'" singer had their own uniform.

It's possible that this act is linked to Paris Texas, in which she sings: "I took a bus to Spain with a notebook on my hand/Then, I went down to Florence, Alabama to visit some of my friends."

This song is from her latest album Did you know that there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd, which was released in March this year.

AL.com reported that they had asked local studios if Lana was recording but were told it wasn't possible.

Lana's fans who have interacted with her are also amazed at how kind and nice she is.

It was surreal. I told her that I loved her work and her music in general. One fan told AL that she was "super lovely and incredibly nice".

Another person said, "She was very real and down-to-earth with us."
