Nicole Kidman is a versatile actress who has acted in a wide range of movies over the past four decades. The Academy Award winner has appeared in a number of critically acclaimed and loved movies including The Others and Eyes Wide Shut. She is one of Hollywood's most versatile and accomplished actresses.

Despite her many accomplishments, the 54-year old actress is still being scrutinized by the media for her appearance. We don't believe Nicole Kidman will be slowing down when it comes to plastic surgery rumors. But is it true?

Nicole Kidman has been the subject of plastic surgery rumors for years

Like many talented actresses, Nicole Kidman had to make sure that there are countless stories about whether she has gone under the knife. The National Enquirer claimed that Kidman was concealing a $1 million-plus major plastic surgery. Gossip Cop swiftly debunked the story. It was based only on speculation from a cosmetic surgeon Kidman hadn't even met.

RadarOnline reported that Kidman had been at odds with Keith Urban in the same year over Kidman's alleged need to get work done. Urban was unhappy about Kidman's use of drugs and couldn't convince her to quit. The Gossip Cop team quickly deemed this story false and found it to be baseless.

We've also squashed many other false stories throughout the years, such as Kidman's binging on Botox while begging her husband for plastic surgery. These stories are often ridiculous and easy to ignore. It is possible that Kidman has given in to the pressures of Hollywood, and done some work. She's openly admitted how difficult the movie industry (or any other business) can be for older women.

In a 2021 interview, she stated that she was frustrated at the idea of being told "Well, that's all," because so many women work in different fields. "You've been through the period when it was all going to work out and now that you're in your 40s, we don't care as much about your storytelling, your ideas, or who you are as an individual woman or person."

Are These Rumors True?

Kidman stated that she has never had plastic surgery, and instead relies on healthy living to keep her youthful looks. In a 2011 interview, Kidman revealed that she is completely natural. "I don't have anything on my face. I use sunscreen and don't smoke. I am responsible for my health. That's something I am proud to be able to say. Anyone can do anything with their bodies. It is not something I judge. Because of my upbringing, I believe in physical well-being.

In an interview with La Repubblica, Kidman denied that she had ever been under the knife. She did however admit to having tried Botox but said that it was not something she wanted to repeat. She stated that she had never had to have surgery. "I tried Botox, unfortunately. But I got out and can now move my face again."
