She expressed disappointment in her costars and admitted that her lawyers wanted her out of the show. She said she is currently seeking a man with a big penis.

Erika Jayne was able to get by for Part 1 of the four-part reunion of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills".

The majority of the hour was focused on Garcelle Beauvais and Dorit Kemsley's issues with Lisa Rinna and Lisa Rinna. However, Andy Cohen -- always the smart producer -- started things off by giving Erika an in-depth grilling about Tom Girardi and her respective legal problems.

Erika stated that she was looking forward to closing the chapter and moving on. Andy also noted that her situation "continues to unfold as we speak". She reminded everyone that she could not speak on certain things due to ongoing legal proceedings. However, she promised to "do my very best to tell every part of this story that I can."

Erika's costars have been asking her how much she knew about Tom and his allegedly fraudulent business practices all season. He is accused of taking money from patients with cancer, burn victims and families of those who were killed in plane crashes. Another accusation: $25 million was taken from Tom's company and invested in EJ Global LLC. This LLC was "set up to support Jayne's performing career."

"This is my most difficult time in my life. I ask for patience from the ladies. Erika stated that she got some and didn't get others during the reunion. "I ask for understanding because these things are complex... and I don't have all the answers."

Cohen asked Erika about the biggest misconceptions she had regarding her after the last season.

"It's common to talk about me as cold or lacking empathy and compassion. Although I know the truth, I don't have empathy or sympathy. I am in a difficult situation. Andy asked her if she meant "anyone who has been wronged", and she confirmed she was talking about "the victims of Tom’s alleged misdoings".

She noted that "It's important people hear that from me," and that she could understand viewers' feelings when she felt she didn’t feel the same for them. "But viewers are also viewing it through their eyes. They don't know what they know, and they have not lived through what I have."

She noted that the season was "really and really difficult" to watch back. She also shared her feelings about how it felt to see how her costars responded to her situation on the show. She described her feelings of disappointment, anger, sadness, and finally, some hope, some love, and some support.

Erika said that she spoke with her lawyers about Erika's situation after Crystal Kung Minkoff, Sutton Stracke and Kyle Richards admitted to it.

She claimed that she had no secrets and then said no. They said that this s--- could be turned on you. You can have everything twisted and turned, parsed, and even used against yourself. It doesn't matter if it's true or false.

She said that she had considered leaving RHOBH, but she was not going to quit. I was not going to run from what was coming at me."

Andy asked her if she felt that losing Tom's income due to the divorce was a major factor in her return. She said, "Unfortunately, it is." She said, "That is more now of an issue." When we were filming, I was trying to survive. Now that we are here, this is more taken into account.

Andy noticed that Erika hadn't been charged with any crime yet and asked her how she felt about the demands of viewers for her to be fired.

"Why should you fire me?" Are you assuming that I have done something? We should let the legal process unfold. She replied. She replied, "You've heard one and many bulls---on that side. Let me defend myself. You can see me. Watch me take on the challenge.

Erika was later asked about her relationship life and she replied that she was "trying" again to be out there. Andy asked her what she was looking to find. She replied, "Something with big penis." I'd like hot sex. Gentlemen, she is open to DMs!

Andy brought up the defensiveness Erika displayed at last season's reunion. He said it was "weird", that her husband hadn't read her book and didn't go to see her on Broadway in Chicago.

"Kyle's gonna protect Mauricio. [Kathy] is going to defend Rick. Erika said, "This is what women do." "I don't give him a pass for Chicago because I know he was there and never came to New York City. I discovered that later."

Erika claimed that Tom was cheating on Erika, and she was asked why she didn’t leave sooner. She replied that cheating was just one part of the story. She said, "There is so much more to it and I told Tom, 'If your in love with another person, divorce me and be together with her.' She said that he replied, "Nothing, zero" in exchange.

The final question: "Were your faithful to him?"
